螨性哮喘患者脱敏治疗前后免疫功能的变化

摘　　要：观察粉尘螨浸液脱敏治疗对患者免疫功能的影响。以粉尘螨浸液按1 10000～1 5000(WV)对螨性哮喘患者连续治疗16周,用ELISA法检测患者血清总IgE、螨特异性IgE、螨特异性IgG、IL-2、IL-4,用生物素-链霉亲和素法检测外周血CD+4 4、CD+3、CD+8、CD+CD+8;比较入选病例脱敏治疗前后上述指标的变化。脱敏治疗后,患者血清螨特异性IgG显著上升,外周血CD+8比值上升,IL-2的水平上升,IL-4的水平下4含量增加,CD+3,CD+4 CD+降。螨性哮喘患者脱敏治疗过程中,机体的免疫学变化复杂,其体液免疫产生螨特异性IgG、IgE对患者症状缓解具重要作用。细胞免疫变化似有Th2型反应受抑制,Th1型反应增强的趋势。To observe influence on immune function of the patients with acaroasthma treated with extract of Dermatoghagoides farine.The patients with acaroasthma were treated with extract of Dermatoghagoides farine and antiasthmatic, and the total IgE, specific IgE (sIgE), specific IgG (sIgG), IL-2, IL-4 and CD+3?CD+4?CD+8and CD+4/CD+8 were detected by ELISA and biotin-streptavidin (BSA) before and after treatment. After treatment, the level of sIgG, CD+3, CD+4 enhanced, the ratio of CD+4/CD+8 rose, and the levels of Il-2 increased, but the levels of Il-4 decreased.In the course of immunotherapy with Dermatoghagoides farine extract, high level of sIgG producing in humor immune may play an important role in inhibitingⅠallergic reaction mediated by IgE.And it seems that Th2 reaction might be inhibited and Th1 might be enhanced in the changes of cellular function.
