东北地区冬季阳光抗佝偻病作用的实验研究

摘　　要：我们于1987.12.10～1988.1.9在沈阳进行了阳光紫外线抗佝偻病作用的实验研究。所用大白鼠分成室内阳光照射1、2、3、4小时组,另外设立了不照射的对照组和每日进行3小时阳光照射的室外组。在实验期间,动物共接受21天的阳光照射。在实验终了对动物进行生物化学、病理解剖学和X光学的检测。结果表明:在所有实验组、户外组、对照组的动物身上都出现了佝偻病所见;在所有动物的骨化过程上未见到本质上的差异。An experimental study on the anti-rickets effect of the UV in sunlight was formed in Shenyang from 10th Dec. 1987 to 9th Ian. 1988. The rats were divided by 4 groups which include indoor 1.2.3. 4hs sunlight exposures) In the same mean, the control group ( non exposure group) and the outdoor 3hs exposure group were established. In the experimental Period the total exposure day was 21 days. At the end of exposures the chemicobiologi-cal, Pathological and rentogenological assays were made.The following results were obtained. 1. The Rickets findings were found in the all groups, the out door 3hs exposure group do not being excluded; 2. The essential diffirenes among the all exposures groups in the osteo-ossification Process were not seen.
