摘 要:CVD法是制备纳米碳管的重要方法。本文研究了以乙炔为原料气 ,无需预先还原催化剂 ,以一定的程序速率从 5 0 0℃升至 75 0℃一步法生长纳米碳管 ,直接制备出了管径在 8~ 12nm之间 ,石墨化程度好的纳米碳管。同时 ,对升温速率、原料气配比等因素进行了讨论 。CVD is an important method to prepare carbon nanotubes. In this paper, carbon nanotubes were synthesized by one step CVD method, with temperature from 550℃ to 750℃ by temperature propramming. The carbon nanotubes were prepared with diameters of 8~12nm using C 2H 2 as raw material. Compared with typical CVD method, one step CVD method cut the step of pre-reduction of catalysts, which not only shortened the reaction time greatly, but also could get good quality and high quantity carbon nanotubes. The structures of carbon nanotubes were characterization by TEM and XRD. Several factors affected on carbon nanotubes growth were discussed.
