摘　　要：心理学在纪检工作中有着重要指导意义 ,它有利于增强纪检工作的科学性、预见性、针对性和有效性。纪检工作中的心理学方法有很多种 ,应根据具体情况灵活运用。Psychology plays an important role in the work of inspecting discipline,It helps to enhance scientific spirit , foresight , taking-aim and efficiency of inspection discipline work . There are many psychological methods used in inspecting discipline and they should be applied in a flexible way according to concrete conditions.The staff of inspection discipline should therefore actively study psychology .
