摘  要:本文研究1988~1990年不同季节城市污水经生物氧化塘处理前、后水及鱼体中有机物的致突变活性,研究发现处理后的水及鱼体活性有所减弱,经统计学证明差异显著。提示氧化塘处理对有机污染物致突变活性具有一定的净化作用。In this paper, we studied the mutage-nicity of organic extracts from water and fish in the process of fish-farming with sewage and observed the changes of their mutagenic activities before and after treatment of municipal wastewater by oxidation pond. The samples were collected in various seasons from 1988 to 1990 and were tested by use of Ames test with two strains TA98 and TA100. It was found that the mutagenicity of samples had been reduced after treatment by oxidation pond and the differences were statistically significant. The results suggest that the treatment by oxidation pond has some purifying effects on the mutagenicity of organic substances from wastewater and fish.
