关于温州城市化进程的探析

摘　　要：以“市场化”为特征的资源配置方式改革曾是推动温州城市化进程的有效动力,工业化和城镇化是这一资源优化配置动态过程的两个表现;城市化水平较低且滞后于工业化进程,是当前温州域市化进程的主要问题:推进城市体制改革与“市场化”程度,转变政府职能,进一步理顺政府和“市场”的关系,是解决这一问题的关键。The resource distribution reform with the characteristic of market was once the force which had promoted the urbanization of Wenzhou. The process of perfecting resource distribution includes industrialization and urbanization, while in Wenzhou the main problem in its urbanization is that the level of urbanization is low and falls behind the development of industrialization. Therefore, the key to this problem is to speed up the reform of managerial system and reinforce urbanization , to change the government function, and to coordinate the relationship between the government and market.
