摘　　要：介绍了复合标底法的概念,以及复合标底法的不确定性特点.当采用复合标底法时,可通过计算得到施工企业投标报价的确定性范围.举例说明了建立建设工程投标报价试算模型的原理、步骤.通过模型,分析了计算施工企业投标报价的确定性及风险性范围,为施工企业投标决策提供了有效快捷的工具;同时,为业主方在招投标活动中如何设立评分标准提供了思路.业主如何确立具体评分标准,一直是探讨中的问题.怎样才能既体现业主愿望,又保证施工投标企业竞争的公开、公平、公正.借助模型计算分析,业主可以更加科学地确定具体的评分标准.The paper introduces the concept of t he compound appraisal estimate and i ts characteristic of uncertainty.With the compound appraisal estimate,the definite range of the bids submitted by the construction organizations can be obtained by cal-culation.The present paper illustr ates the principle and steps of estab lishing the bid' s trial calculation model by offerin g some examples.The model can be used to calculate the certainty and the range of risks of bids submitted by the constr uction orga-nizations,serving as an effective a nd efficient tool for them to make bid ding decisions and also providing a n ew thought for proprietors on how to set up a grading standard in the bidding activities,which has been under discussion for a long time.Then,how can the wishes of proprieto rs be satisfied,and at the meantime h ow can the openness,equality and equ ity of the bidding competition between the con struction organizations be guarant eed?The paper puts forward that the m odel can help pro-prietors to determine the specific g rading standard more scientificall y.
