摘　　要：经对油田开发现状的分析 ,指出了试井工作所面临的严峻形势与挑战 ,提出了试井技术创新、资料解释创新、方案管理创新。By the analysis on the status of oil fields exploitation,the paper advances the austere situation and challenges that well testing confronts.Developing clew of well testing is given,it includes the innovation of well testing technology,data interpretation,scheme management and troop thoughts.
