摘 要:利用大孔树脂吸附和分离照相明胶中的微量铁,比较了6种树脂对微量铁的吸附效果,讨论了温度等因素对树脂吸附微量铁的影响。结果显示,D[(4)52.6(1)52.6(2)]大孔螯合树脂对铁的吸附效果较好;宜选用NaCl和络合剂EDTA混合溶液将树脂再生转化为Na型;采用D412大孔螯合型、732强酸型和711强碱型3种树脂的串联组合处理方式,除铁效率达50%~90%;溶液pH值对Fe3+在D412树脂上的吸附行为影响较小。The method of removing iron contained in photographic gelatin, using macroporous particular resin, was studied in the paper. The adsorption effects of iron on the six different kinds of resins were compared and several influential factors to the trace iron adsorption were discussed here as well. It is showed from experimental results that macroporous chelating resin, D412, has a good adsorbability to iron. Sodium chloride and EDTA solution are suitable for changing resin to sodium type. The iron removing efficiency was about 50~90%, if three kinds of resin, macroporous chelating resin D412, strong acid resin 732 and strong alkaline resin 711, were put in series. The PH of solution had a relative small influence for the adsorption of iron on D412.
