摘　　要：本文通过对邮政产业的技术经济特征、国内外邮政产业垄断与竞争的现状、以及中国邮政改革各种方案的研究,探讨实现中国邮政产业有效竞争模式的主要改革思路。认为中国邮政改革应是一个系统配套过程,按“条”拆分、开放市场、改制等手段都是不可缺少的配套环节。This paper studies the technological and ecnomic characteristics of post industry, analyzes the actual monopoly and competition conditions of post industry at home and abroad, and discusses the reform policy wich can lead up to effective competition. Furthermore the paper puts forward some practicable measures to Chinese post reform, and suggests that it' s necessary to divide the business, open market, and reform the institution.
