摘　　要：提出网络商务在智能管理技术、多元信息的商流获取与整合、识别码的标准、网站管理信息系统以及实现智能管理实时系统存在的技术拓展问题,包括给出的网络商务的全新运作模式以及信息流的分解、识别、存储和提取特征的措施与方法。Bring up that network business at the intelligence manage the technique, many information to obtain with the conformity, identify code standard, website that management information system and realize the IBM real time system to expand the problem, and include the all new operation mode of the network business and the decomposition of the information-flow, identify, storage and distil the step and the method of the characteristic.
