摘 要:建立了采用分级进风方式的同轴射流旋流燃烧室实验装置,选用耐高温的氧化铝细粉作为示踪粒子,实现了用三维激光粒子动态分析仪(PDA)测量湍流旋流燃烧的热态瞬时速度场.在分级进风比率和旋流数不同的3组实验工况条件下,得到了气体时均轴向与切向速度、轴向与切向脉动速度均方根值和轴向-切向脉动速度二阶关联量的分布.A test facility for swirl combustor with coaxial jets and staged air injection was designed, fabricated, and set up. Fine alumina particles with high temperature endurance were chosen as seed particles in the tests. The instantaneous gas velocity fields of swirling turbulent combustion were measured by utilizing the Three-Dimension Laser Particle Dynamic Analyzer (PDA). Three cases of measurements were conducted. The distributions of the time-averaged gas axial and tangential velocities, the root mean square of fluctuating gas axial and tangential velocities, and the second-order correlation moment for the fluctuating gas axial and tangential velocities are obtained under different staged air injection ratios and swirl numbers. It is found that the gas axial velocity is relatively high in the central region of the combustor. The gas tangential velocity decays fast in the reacting flow. The turbulent exchange and transport are relatively strong in the central region due to the swirling and non-swirling jet interactions.
