摘 要:用溶胶凝胶法制备了过渡金属离子(Ni2+,Mn2+和Cu2+)单掺、铝共掺的二氧化硅玻璃,测量了荧光光谱、吸收光谱和红外光谱,研究了Al3+对过镀金属离子在二氧化硅玻璃中发光性质的影响。研究结果表明,Al3+对过渡金属离子的发光性质有着显著影响:Ni2+,Mn2+和Cu+的发光强度大幅度提高,Mn2+的发光峰峰位改变。Silica glass single doped with transition metal ions (Ni2+, Mn2+ and Cu2+) and co-doped with Al3+ are prepared by sol-gel method. The fluorescence spectra, absorption spectra and infrared spectra were measured. The effect of Al3+ on the photoluminescence properties of transition metal ions in silica glass was investigated. The results show that Al3+ has a great effect on the photoluminescence properties of transition metal ions: the emission intensity of Ni2+, Mn2+ and Cu+ increases greatly, and the emission bands of Mn2+ are shifted.
