摘　　要：针对目前小煤矿的现状及事故频发的事实 ,围绕落实安全生产法和国务院 6号文件精神 ,提出了大力推进壁式采煤法改革和计算机信息技术为中心的技术改造工作 ,列举了乡宁县和阳城县的情况 。With regard to the current condition of small coal mine and the fact that accidents have been frequently taking place there,in accordance with the safe production law and document No.6 of the state department,some techniques are specified in this paper to boost the long-wall mining reform based on the computer information technology.Also,the condition of Xiangning County and Yangcheng County are mentioned as examples to illustrate the feasibility and efficieney of the techniques above.
