摆线齿轮公差的一种选取方法

摘　　要：对比渐开线少齿差行星传动减速器和摆线针轮行星传动减速器各项特性可以看到 ,二者的传动比和齿轮齿数选择以及整机的使用性能基本一致。根据使用效果等效原则 ,根据摆线齿轮的齿高平均圆直径和当量模数为线索查取渐开线齿轮公差 。Compared with the involute planetary gear reducer, the cycloid gear reducer has the same transmission ratio, the number of gear teeth and the similar mechanic properties in use. On principle of the operating equivalence, a simply method that obtain the cycloid gear tolerance by consulting the involute gear tolerance is used. When consulting the tolerance, the diameter of a circle on the tooth average height and the equivalent module of the cycloid gear are the fundamental data.
