摘 要:研究在+Ca2+及-Ca2+条件下,稀土元素对红豆杉细胞质膜的影响.结果表明,在缺乏Ca2+条件下,0 1μg/L的稀土元素处理的红豆杉细胞中细胞质膜电解质泄漏率和丙二醛(MDA)含量下降,过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶的活性增加,1μg/L的稀土元素处理效果则相反.在加钙条件下,稀土元素处理组未呈现显著性差异.The effects of the rare earth elements on the membrane damage of Taxus cell with or without Ca2+ in the medium were investigated. The results indicated that the rate of electrolyte leakage and the MDA content in the medium with Ca2+ of 1μg/L were higher than those in the free- Ca2+ medium,while POD and SOD activity of the former was lower than that of the latter. When the cell membrane was treated in the medium of 01 μg/L,the results were contrary to the above. The experiments showed that the rare earth elements of appropriate concentration could maintain the integrity of cell membrane instead of Ca2+.
