摘　　要：用溶胶凝胶法制备了不同性状的超细TiO2粒子,研究了影响产物性能的主要因素。结果表明,通过对体系pH值、酯醇比、烧结温度等因素的控制,可制得所需要的TiO2超细粒子。The samples of TiO2 Ultrafine grain with different characteres were prepared by sol-gel method. Influence of the factors in the process on ultimate products was studied. It is shown that ultrafine TiO2 grain can be yielded trough controlling the react conditions such as pH value, ratio of butyl titanate to alcohol, sintering temperature.
