摘　　要：按照《中国生物制品规程》(2 0 0 0版 )的规定 ,在肉毒A、B、E、F型抗毒素血浆试生产前 ,制定了肉毒A、B、E、F型类毒素马匹免疫计划及相应抗毒素血浆效价测定方法 ,免疫结果显示 :肉毒A、B、E、F型类毒素免疫马匹成功率分别为 75 %、75 %、6 0 %、10 0 %。The immunization protocols and characterization of horses against botulinum toxoid types A,B,E and F were designed based on 'Chinese Biological Requirements',year 2000 edition.The results showed that the successful rates of botulinum types A,B,E and F in horses were 75%,75%,60%,100% respectively.
