摘  要:用自行研制的计算机控制的在线管式膜器环隙压力测试系统实测分析了不同入口压力、不同悬浮液浓度和不同膜器环隙大小下的旋转横流膜微滤渗透通量大小及环隙压力分布规律 ,与一般横流膜微滤的环隙压力分布及渗透通量大小进行了对比 ,为进一步研究膜微滤强化机理。The permeating flux and annular gap pressure profile in a tubular micro-filtration membrane separator with rotary cross-flow were measured and analyzed by a self-developed on-line pressure measuring system. This test was done under different entrance pressures, different suspension liquid consistency, and different membrane separator annular gap dimensions. A comparison of the results with annular gap pressure distribution and permeation flux in membrane separator with traditional cross-flow was also made. The results showed that for rotary cross-flow the pressure value and pressure variation in the annular gap were greater, and its permeating flux was higher than traditional cross-flow by about 1.5 times. Enhancement effect of rotary cross-flow membrane micro-filtration was clear. The results can provide the experimental basis for further research on enhancement mechanism and the method of reducing or solving polarization and pollution in membrane micro-filtration.
