钻井液振动筛整机动态检测中的若干问题

摘　　要：文章针对钻井液振动筛标准GB/T11648 89中关于整机动态检测中钻井液振动筛面垂直加速度、特征点水平速度、筛箱横向摆量的测定等方面,提出了日前检测中存在的问题,并且提出了改进意见。同时,建议对这些动态检测参数应采用适当检测闪数的多次样本记录方法,避免以点代面,以便得到更为客观合理的动态检测数据指标。Problems in the standard of GB/T1164889《Shaker for Drilling Mud》during present test on whole component dynamic test conceming vertical dynamic accolcration,case movement tracing original shaking frequency on a spring system,transverse velocity on specified points and the measure of case transverse swing,etc.Recommendations are also presented.The suggestion on multi sampling record shall be adopted for dynamic test in order to avoid the problems of one sample over all.Thus more practical and reasonable data of dynamic test shall be obtained.
