摘 要:抽油井的最大下泵深度除与油井本身深度、油管强度、液面位置等有关外,还与抽油杆强度、抽油机所能承受的最大悬点载荷以及抽油机曲柄轴所能承受的最大扭矩有关,而理论推导表明,满足以上3个参数的关系式,都是组合抽油杆柱中各种抽油杆长度的线性关系式,据此,现文结合大港油田王27区块油井组实际,通过推导计算和讨论绘制出一张同时满足以上3个参数的线性关系曲线。利用此图可非常简便地进行杆柱强度校核和计算下泵深度。In addition to well depths, tubing strength and fluid level position, the maximum pumping in depth of pumping well also depends on the following three parameters:pumping rod strength, the maximum landing top load supported by pumping unit, and the maximum torque supported by crank shaft of pumping unit. But the theoretical inference indicates, the formula which meets the above three parameters is also linear formula of various pumping rod length among integral string. Hereby, based on factual status of a certain blocks' well group of Dagang Oilfield, this paper drafts a linear drawing which synchronously meets the above three parameters by inductive calculation and discussion. With the help of this drawing,the string strength can be checked conveniently and the depths of pumpingin can be calculated.
