摘　　要：介绍了APISPEC11E规范所提出的齿轮减速器齿轮的设计准则、轮齿承载能力的计算方法,并对一种减速器(API640,我国73型),通过APISPEC11E和GB/T3480 1997两种方法进行设计计算和比较,表明,在进行API减速器设计时应考虑国内外处在材料、热处理等诸多方面存在的差异。The practical calculation on the ability of gear and the design rule of reducer in API SPEC 11E are introduced.Desiqn calculation and comparation are made for API 640 reducer 11 E and GB/T34801997The results show that differences in muterials,heat treatment and etc shall be taken into consideration in the design of API reducer.
