摘　　要：介绍了胜利炼油厂蒸汽热力系统的发展概况 ,着重对发展过程中采用的一些优化措施 ,包括提高锅炉产汽参数、热电联产、以煤代油、余热产汽和使用、热力系统给水和炼油工艺过程中低温油品的热联合、改善用汽过程以及蒸汽凝结水回收利用作了分析说明 ,指出了目前存在的主要问题 ,提出了解决这些问题的建议。Presents the general development situation of the steam thermal system in Shengli Refinery,emphasizing on some optimizing measures,including improvement of steam generation parameter of the boiler,coproduction of heat and power,coal replacing oil,steam generation with waste heat and its utilization thermal system water supply,heat integration between middle and low temperature oil products in refining process,improvement of steam utilization as well as steam condensate recovery,points out the existing main problems,and puts forward proposals to solve the problems.
