摘　　要：采用新型传质分离设备———旋转填充床研究其对发电厂燃煤飞灰的除尘性能。作为一种湿式除尘器 ,在气量 2 0 0m3 /h ,液量 0 5～ 2 0m3 /h ,转速 90 0～ 1 5 0 0r/min的条件下 ,旋转填充床显示出良好的颗粒捕集性能 ,总效率达 99%以上 ,切割粒径范围在 0 0 2～ 0 3μm ,设备的气体压降较低。讨论了旋转填充床的除尘性能和压降行为 。A new-type of mass-transfer and separation equipment--the Rotating Packed Bed (RPB) is introduced to remove the flying ash produced in the power stations. The particles' removal efficiency of the RPB is studied.At a gas flow rate of 200?m 3/h, liquid flow rate of 0 5～2 0?m 3/h,and rotational speed ranges of 900～1?500?r/min, particles size of 0 02～0 3?μm, RPB has a high efficiency on particles' removal about 99% or more.The pressure drop in RPB is comparatively lower than the conventional equipment.The particles'removal properties of RPB and pressure drop are discussed and explained.
