摘  要:目的:探讨乳酸阈强度的有氧运动对原发性高血压病患者的降压作用;同时观察高血压病患者运动疗程前、后脂代谢及糖代谢的改善程度,以进一步探讨有氧运动对原发性高血压病的康复作用。方法:以递增负荷试验中出现乳酸拐点时的运动强度为训练强度,对11例原发性高血压病患者进行10周的功率自行车训练,观察患者运动前及运动2周、运动10周的血压、血脂、胰岛素、血糖的变化。结果:乳酸阈强度的有氧运动可以明显降低高血压病患者的血压。运动10周后患者的HDL-C和运动前及运动2周时相比均有明显的升高(P<0.01,P<0.001),并且HDL-C/TC及HDL-C/LDL-C的比值也出现了明显的改善(P<0.01)。运动2周患者的胰岛素敏感性出现改善,10周后患者的胰岛素敏感性明显改善(P<0.001)。结论:乳酸阈强度的有氧运动对高血压病患者有降压效果。适宜的有氧运动对胰岛素抵抗作用显著。Objective:To study the effects of aerobic training on the changes of blood pressure,blood lipid and blood glu-cose in the patients with essential hypertension,so as to explore the mechanism of aerobic training on reducing blood pres-sure as well as establishing proper exercise scheme by testing the intension of lactate threshold in the hypertension pa-tients.Method:11patients of essential hypertension were investigated.To set up individual training prescription with In-creasing loads training,the patients practiced a10-week aerobic training program in power bicycle.Before exercise and after2-week training as well as after10-week,the blood pressure,blood lipid,blood glucose and insulin,were measured and analyzed in all patients.Result:The blood pressure decreased significantly in patients with aerobic training in intension of lactate threshold.These results suggested that10-week aerobic training improved the serum lipid and lipoprotein con-centrations,especially the high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol.The insulin sensitivity of these patients was improved signif-icantly after10week aerobic training.Conclusion:Exercise at the blood lactate threshold intensity could be effective in treating essential hypertension.
