摘　　要：介绍了一种以乙二胺和环氧乙烷为原料,通过气液相快速接触反应合成N-β-羟乙基乙二胺的新技术,通过实验确定了含水量、进料比、环氧乙烷导入温度等条件对反应过程的影响,得出最佳工艺条件。采用适合该反应的塔式精馏反应器,可使N-β-羟乙基乙二胺的收率达到86％,产品纯度达99％。A new technology of synthesizing N - (3 - Hydroxyethyl - ethlenediamine through the special gas - Liquid distillation column reactor,using ethylene diaminne and ethylene oxide as the raw material,is introduced in this paper.By the experiment the optimum condition was obtained as follows: Hydroxide content 8% ; inflow ratio (mol) between EO and EDA 1:1.8; EO temperature 301. The yield of N - β - Hydroxyethyl - ethylenediamine can be increased to that of eighty -six percent and the purity of product can be increased to that of ninety - nine percent throgh the special gas - liquid distillation column reactor which is suitable for this sort of reactor.
