保压取心技术在吐哈油田陵检14-241井的应用

摘　　要：大庆油田在陵检14-241井保压取心过程中,采取了一系列技术措施,包括采用六翼刮刀式PDC钻头、改善压力补偿系统的密闭性能、采用抗高温DSM密闭液、采用液氮冷冻技术、优化工艺流程等,使该井岩心收获率达93.6%,密闭率82.1%,保压率93.1%,为探区储量计算、残余油动态预测、水淹层测井等提供了重要的基础资料和解释依据。During coring with keeping formation pressure of Lingjian 14241 well in Daqing Oilfield, core recovery reached 936%, sealing ratio reached 821% and formation pressure keeping ratio reached 931% for a series of technical measures were adopted, such as using sixwing drag PDC bits, improving sealing properties of pressure compensation system, using DSM sealing liquid against high temperature, employing liquid nitrogen refrigeration technology and optimizing technology program, and so on. All of these provide significant basic information and foundations for determining reserves in exploration area, dynamic forecasting residual oil state, logging waterflooded bed,etc.
