摘　　要：根据超细丙纶高速纺丝工艺和纤维的特点 ,从油剂单体结构与性能关系着手 ,进行了超细丙纶高速纺丝油剂单体性能和复配技术研究。研制出的油剂可均匀上油、对聚氨酯摩擦片的溶胀小、油膜强度高。According to the characteristics of the highspeed spinning process and the superthin polypropylene fibre,and setting hand from the structure and performance relation of the oil components,the composition of high-speed spinning superthin polypropylene fibre oil for were developed,which could oiling equally, less swelling to the polyurethane friction disc, and the oil film is in high intensity .
