摘　　要：目的　采用HPLC测定能恩诺齐胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1 的含量。方法　用C1 8柱 ,流动相为乙腈 - 0 .1 %磷酸溶液 (1 9.4∶80 .6 ) ,UV检测波长为 2 0 3nm。结果　人参皂苷Rg1 在所建方法的条件下线性关系良好 ,平均加样回收率为 99.5 5 % (n =6 )。结论　所用方法分离效果良好、准确。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of ginsenoside Rg 1 in Nengennuoqi capsule.METHODS An HPLC method was used with the following conditions: C 18 column (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase was: acetonitrile - 0.1%phosphoric acid (19.4:80.6), detective wavelength was 203 nm.RESULTS A good linear relationship was found between concentration and peak area. The average recovery was 99.55% ( n =6).CONCLUSION This method showed a good resolution and reliability.
