摘 要:目的 优选薯莨的最佳提取工艺条件。方法 应用均匀设计法考察不同因素水平对提取薯莨鞣质得率的影响。结果 乙醇提取液中鞣质得率与药材破碎度和乙醇浓度成正比 ,与药材浸泡时间和渗滤速度成反比 ,与滤液收集量无关。最佳提取工艺条件为药材粉碎成最粗粉 (通过 1 0目筛 ) ,用 90 %乙醇作为溶剂 ,药材浸泡 2 4h ,以 2ml·min-1 ·kg-1 的速度渗滤 ,收集滤液为 4倍药材量。结论 优化出的最佳提取工艺条件是合理的 。OBJECTIVE To optimize the conditions for the extraction process of Dioscorea cirrhosa .METHODS The different factors and levels of extraction process of Dioscorea cirrhosa were investigated by uniform-design with tannin content as the marker. RESULTS Tannin content increased with the increase to the pulverization degree of medicinal materials or concentration of EtOH, but it decreaced with the increase in the time of soaking medicinal materials or the percolating speed tannin content had no relationship with collected quantity of percolate. The most favorable conditions of extraction process were: the pulverization degree of medicinal materials at 10 mesh, concentration of EtOH at 90%, the time of soaking medicinal materials at 24 h, the speed of percolation at 2 ml·min -1 ·kg -1 , and collected quantity of percolate at 4 times medicinal materials.CONCLUSION The optimum coditions of extraction process were reliable and the extraction ratio of tannin was high.
