摘 要:不同浓度的Cu2+处理下,在实验室内对种子分别来源于污染区与非污染区的齿果酸模进行了比较研究。结果显示,来源于污染区的齿果酸模种群根长、生物量受铜的抑制作用均小于非污染区种群,且在相同浓度条件下,污染区种群地上部分的铜含量均低于非污染区种群。这表明来源于污染区的齿果酸模对铜的抗性比非污染区齿果酸模强,而其根对铜的滞留作用对它耐受铜污染起重要作用。Seeds of two Runmax acetosa L. populations were collected from polluted area and unpolluted area, respectively. Under various concentrations of copper treatment, the two populations are comparatively studied in our lab. The results showed that inhibiting effects of copper on length of roots and biomass in the population from polluted area are not severe. The population from polluted area has lower content of copper in shoot compared with the same treatment of copper. These may indicate that the population of polluted area is more resistant to copper than that of unpolluted area population and the retention of root to copper plays an important role in tolerance of copper.
