摘  要:目的 :建立人肾小管上皮细胞原代培养、传代、冻存及鉴定方法。方法 :采用肾小管节段贴块培养法 (A法 )与消化培养法 (B法 )对比原代培养 ,并以 0 .2 5 %胰蛋白酶消化、传代 ,以免疫细胞化学方法鉴定细胞种类 ,常规冻存和复苏。结果 :A法成功培养、传代、冻存、复苏并鉴定了人肾小管上皮细胞 ,B法失败。结论Objective To establish a method for primary culture, passage and identification of human renal tubular epithelial cells. Methods Grinding-centrifugalizing (Group A) and grinding digesting (Group B) were respectively used in primary culture, and 0.25% trypsase were used in passage culture. The cell types were identified by immunocytochemistry. Results The primary and secondary culture of human renal tubular epithelial cells of Group A were both successful, so was the identification of the cultured cells. The primary culture of human renal tubular epithelial cells of Group B failed to be finished. Conclusion The present method (Group A) is an efficient means for the primary culture, passage and identification of human kidney tubular epithelial cells. \[
