从中外足球纯比赛时间的对比分析我国裁判员的判罚差距

摘　　要：应用比较分析法、现场统计等方法 ,试图从足球纯比赛时间的角度 ,研究中外足球裁判员的判罚差距及形成原因。研究发现 :中国联赛纯比赛时间与世界大赛相比明显不足。不足的原因是 :比赛的停顿次数过多、比赛的停顿时间过长。这既与中国裁判的判罚水平低有关 ,也与运动员对球的控制能力较低有关。中国裁判员对规则精神的理解上与世界大赛的裁判有明显差距。同时 ,中国联赛纯比赛时间的减少 ,对足球运动及足球市场的消极影响同样是不容忽视和无法估量的。By way of comparative analysis and spot statistics,the authors,based on the researches on net_time at football match,tried to investigate into the differences between football referees at home and abroad and tried to find the causes leading to these differences.The result showed that the net_time at Chinese football matches is apparently shorter than that at the world championships.This differences were,first,the pauses during a match were too frequent,and second,the duration in these pauses was too long.This was directly related to the relatively lower skills of the Chinese referees in judging and of the Chinese footballers in controlling the football.Besides,there was also a sharp difference between football referees at home and abroad in understanding the rules of the game.As a result the negative effect to football match itself and football market resulted from the decrease in net_time at Chinese football matches should not be ignored.
