摘　　要：目的 :探讨经小关节内缘进路行颈硬膜外腔侧腔注射药物治疗颈型颈椎病的疗效。方法 :对随机的两组颈型颈椎病患者分别用颈硬膜外腔侧腔注射药物 (治疗组 ,n=30 )和颈椎棘旁注射药物 (对照组 n=30 )进行治疗对照。结果 :治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组 ,差异有显著性。结论 :经颈椎小关节内缘进路行颈硬膜外腔侧注射药物 ,穿刺易掌握、成功率高 。Objective:To study the therapeutic efficacy of injection of ceryical epidural lateral cavity via margo medialis of processus articularis in cervical spondylosis Methods:Sixty patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into 2 groups:treatment group( n =30)receiving injection of cervical epidural lateral cavity,and control group( n =30)treated with paravertebral injection Results:The curative effect in treatment group was superior to that in control group Conclusion:Injection of cervical epidural lateral cavity via margo medialis of processus articularis is a simple and effective method for treatin cervical spondylosis
