北斗星型与非北斗星型高血压的临床分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨高血压患者昼夜血压生理节律。方法　对 4 6例原发性高血压患者采用全自动非创伤性血压监测仪 ,监测2 4小时动态血压变化 ,并计算其夜间血压下降率。结果　其中 78.2 6 %的受试者为正常血压节律型 ,即dipper’s型昼夜血压节律 ;2 1.74 %的受试者为夜间血压不降低或降低 <10 %的non dipper’s型节律。结论　高血压患者的non dipper’s型占 1/4 ,长效抗高血压药物可逆转non dipper’s型为dipper’s型血压节律 。Objective:To investigate nyctohemeral physiological rhythm of blood pressure in chinese patient with hypertension.Methods Automatic non injurious blood pressure monitor was developed to detect the nyctohemeral change of blood pressure from 46 patients with primary hypertension.The decrease rate of nocturnal blood pressure is calculated.Result 78.26% of the patients in this report has normal nyctohemeral rhythm,that is the dipper's type rhyhm;21.74% patients'blood pressure in night didn't decline (or less than 10%),that is the non dipper's type rhythm.Conclusion Patients with the non dipper's rhythm in all the hypertensive is about a quarter.Long effect anti hypertension drugs can reverse the rhythm from the non dipper's to the dipper's,so that they can reduce the complications of hypertension.
