肌注VitD_3对长期应用激素患儿的临床意义

摘　　要：【目的】　观察长期应用糖皮质激素 (简称激素 )患儿肌注VitD3 的临床意义。　【方法】　对 3 7例因患结缔组织病长期应用激素治疗的患儿 ,进行血 1,2 5 (OH) 2 VitD3 及血钙、磷和骨碱性磷酸酶 (BALP)的检测。　【结果】　用激素治疗后患儿出现血钙降低 ,血磷增高和BALP的阳性率增高 ,与用激素治疗前比较 ,差异有显著性。肌注大剂量VitD3 以后血 1,2 5 (OH) 2 VitD3 明显增高 ,同时血钙亦增高 ,BALP的阳性率降低 ,较用肌注VitD3 以前 ,差异有显著性。　【结论】　长期应用激素患儿规则肌注VitD3 可有效预防骨质疏松 。To investigate the clinical significance of VitD 3 muscule injection in children with long course of using glucocorticords. The level of serum 1,25 (OH) 2 VitD 3, Ca ,P and bone alkaline phosphatase (BALP) were measured in 37 children of connective tissue inflammatory disease with long course of using glucocorticoids. After using glucocorticoids,it showed serum Ca decreased, serum P increased ,the positive frequence of BALP increased. The changes of these indices were significant compared with these of pre using.The level of serum Ca, P,the positive frequence of BALP would inprove after high dose VitD 3 muscule injection.There was significant difference between pre using and post using.[Conclusions] Regular muscule injection of VitD 3 in children with long course of glucocorticoids may decrease the incidence of osteoporosis and avascular necrosis of bone.
