术前探访对鼻窦炎内窥镜手术整体护理的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨系统性术前探访 (SPV)在提高功能性内窥镜鼻窦手术 (FESS)整体护理质量中的影响。方法　前瞻性、随机选择行FESS的慢性鼻窦炎患者 1 95例 ,按术前 1日是否进行系统的术前探访分为实验组 (A、B)和对照组 (C)。分析STAI焦虑问卷、血压变化、术中配合完成率、问卷测试评分结果、术前探访满意率、复查坚持率等指标。结果　三组之间复查坚持率差异较大 ,其余各指标实验组与对照组之间相比 ,差异均有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论　系统。Objective To study the effect of systematic preoperative visiting on the nursing of patients who underwent functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS).Methods It was an prospective and randomized study, 195 patients were chosen and divided into three groups, systematic preoperative visiting and introductions were engaged the day before their operations in the study groups (A and B), none of the practices were conducted in the control group. STAI evaluation, alternation of blood pressure, intra operative cooperation, questionnaire test scoring, visiting satisfaction and accomplishment of follow up were analyzed.Results There were differences in following up between three groups, and in other marks there were great differences between study groups and the control group (P<0.01). Conclusions A efficient systematic preoperative visiting (SPV or SPHE) for FESS patients had appreciable influences on the nursing qualities.
