对护理人员现代康复意识的现状调查与分析

摘　　要：目的　了解护理人员对现代康复的认识 ,探索促进康复护理发展的方向。方法　采用个别问卷调查方式 ,对本院 2 0个临床护理单元每科抽取 6名护理人员 ,神经科、综合科、骨科护理单元各抽取在岗 80 %的护理人员参加问卷。结果　 90 %的护理人员缺乏现代康复知识 ;85 .6 %～ 91 .1 %的人不知道现代康复治疗技术 ,而且不同学历、不同职称的护理人员对康复治疗技术的了解没有显著差异(P >0 .0 5 )。结论　调查显示护理人员缺乏康复知识 ,发展康复教育和培训已是迫在眉睫的任务 。Objective To find out nursing knowledge on modern rehabilitation, and to explore the trend of rehabilitation nursing.Methods By sampling investigation in our hospital, we randomly selected 6 nurses from each of the 20 departments, while in neurology department, orthopedics department and colligating department, eighty percent of the nurses were inquired.Results Ninety percent of the nursing know only a little about modern rehabilitation; 85.6%～91.1% of them knows little about the technique of modern healing, there were no differences in nurses with different titles or education level (P>0.05).Conclusions It is an urgent task for us to develop the education and training on modern healing, which is required by our time.
