掺杂钴对尖晶石型锂锰氧晶体结构及电化学性能的影响  被引量:5

摘  要:用高温固相法合成了尖晶石型LiMn_2O_4和富锂型Li_(1+x)Mn_(2-x)O_4及掺杂Co尖晶石型LiMn_(2-x)Co_yO_4材料,对材料进行了电化学性能,晶格参数及X射线的研究。实验表明,Co的掺入,样品形成了填隙型化合物,其掺杂量对样品的晶体结构及电化学性能有较大的影响。当掺量达0.15时,样品的首次放电容量达129.0mAh·g^(-1),同时充放寿命大有改善。Spinel LiMn_2O_4 and lithium-rich Li1+xMn2-xO4 samples were synthesized by solid phase reaction at high temperature and doping cobalt LiMn2-xCoyO4 samples were prepared. Electrochemical properties and crystalline constants were measured and XRD analysis was made for the samples. The experiment shows that compound of calking was formed by doping cobalt and the doping level important effects on the structure and electrochemical performance. When the doping level is 0. 15,the samples display an initial discharging capacity of up to 129. 0 mAh · g-1 and the life of charge-discharge is also greatly improved.
