摘　　要：现代体育运动队管理的主要对象是人 ,“以人为中心”。通过分析米卢“快乐足球”思想中的运动队管理的艺术 ,阐述了成功实施运动队管理的基础和原则 ,以促进我国体育运动队管理水平的提高。The management of sports teams should center around the team members. Through analyzing the art of management in “happy football” carried out by Miluzeviski. This article expounds the basis and principles of successful mamagement. The aim is to promote the level of management in the future.
