杭州市人群嗜肺军团菌感染状况调查

摘　　要：目的　了解杭州市不同人群军团菌感染情况。方法　对杭州市健康人群、重点行业从业人员以及肺科住院病人共计 998份血清标本 ,采用改良微量凝集试验检测军团菌抗体效价 ,并对受检者进行流行病学调查。结果　杭州市健康人群军团菌抗体阳性率为 4 63 % ( 4 1/885 ) ,重点行业从业人员为 12 70 % ( 8/63 ) ,肺科住院病人 4 0 % ( 2 /5 0 )。结论　杭州市已存在军团菌感染 ,并已对重点行业从业人员构成潜在危险。Objective To obtain the data about the status of L. pneumophila infection in Hangzhou city Methods 998 human serum samples, which were collected from normal population, practitioners of special industries and in patients suffering pulmonary diseases, were detected for the concentration of L. pneumophila antibody by improved micro aggluting test(MAT). Meanwhile, a epidemiological survey was carried out in the subjects. Results The positive rate of L. pneumophila antibody in normal population was 4 63%(41/885), 12 70%(8/63) in practitioners of special industries, and 4 00%(2/50) in in patients suffering pulmonary diseases. Conclusion This investigation has proved that L. pneumophila infection has existed in Hangzhou city, which has threatened the health of practitioners of special industries.
