摘　　要：在室温至 15 0℃范围测量了纯PWO4晶体和掺镧 (La)PWO4晶体的频域介电谱 ,发现两种样品的介电弛豫都不是德拜型的 ,晶体中的空位和杂质形成的二和三级结构使得频域介电谱和样品的热力学历史有关。Frequency domain dielectric spectra of pure and La doped PWO 4 crystals have be en measured from room temperature to 150 ℃.Both dielectric relaxations of the two sa mples are non-Debye. Two and three order structures related to defects and impurities make dielectric spectroscopy change along with the thermal dynamical history of the given sample.
