摘 要:目的 :观察利他林对事件相关电位 (ERP)P30 0和关联性负变 (CNV)的影响。方法 :记录18例正常受试者服 10mg利他林前后的ERP和CNV ,并比较两者之间的差异。结果 :正常受试者服药后的ERP变化主要为P1—N1成份潜伏期缩短 (P <0 0 5 ) ,波幅增高 (P <0 0 1) ;CNV主成份无明显变化性(P >0 0 5 )。结论 :ERP中的P1—N1成份与受试者的注意有关 ,利他林能增强受试者的短暂注意功能。利他林对CNV的影响仍有待进一步研究。Objective: To observe the effects of methylphenidate hydrochloride on contingent negative variation(CNV)and event-related potentials(ERPs).Methods: ERP and CNVwere recorded in 18 normal bafore and after subjects they took 10mg methylphenidate hydrochloride,and the results were compared with each other.Results:The major variations of ERP in normal subjects after taking methylphenidate hydrochloride showed decrease of the latency and increase of the amplitude of P1—N1 component(P<0.05 or P<0.01).No significant changes was noted in the main component of CNV after taking methylphenidate hydrochloride.Conclusion:The P1-N1 component of ERP might be related to the selective attention of subjects.Methylphenidate hydrochloride might inhance the temporal attention function of normal subjects.The further study of its influence on CNV should be carried out.
