关节松动术配合推拿治疗颈椎病临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :比较关节松动术配合推拿按摩与理疗治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 :试验组 (6 1例 )采用关节松动术配合推拿按摩、牵引治疗 ;对照组 (5 7例 )采用理疗 (超短波、中频电疗 )配合牵引治疗 ,治疗结束后两组进行评定。结果 :试验组颈椎功能评分和改善指数高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :关节松动术配合推拿按摩治疗颈椎病疗程短、疗效佳、病人适应性好。Objective:To compare effectiveness of combining joint mobilization and massage with that of physiotherapy on cervical syndrome.Methods:61 patients in trial group were treated by joint mobilization,massage and traction.57 patients were treated by physiotherapy(ultrashort wave,middling frequency electronic therapy).All patients were evaluated after treatment.Results:The cervical function scores and improvement indexes of trial group patients were higher than those of control group( P<0 .01).Conclusion:Joint mobilization combined with massage is good treatment program for cervical syndrome with short course,good effectiveness and compliance.
