摘　　要：目的 :了解社区中老年人原发性高血压的流行现状和主要危险因素 ,以制定合理的预防措施。方法 :对南海市桂城区 4个居委会 36 99名 5 0岁以上中老年人进行高血压患病调查 ,并对 4 2 9例高血压患者和 4 81名非高血压者进行葡萄糖耐量试验和心电图检查。结果 :中老年人高血压患病率为 4 3.39% ;男性高于女性 (P<0 .0 0 5 ) ;单纯收缩期高血压患病率为 12 .9% ,随年龄增加而增加 (P<0 .0 0 5 )。分析相关因素显示 ,体重指数与高血压密切相关 ;有 4 8.35 %否认或不知道有高血压病 ;高血压病人组伴发糖尿病、糖耐量减低和冠心病患病率明显高于非高血压组 (P<0 .0 0 5 )。结论 :高血压是危害社会中老年人健康的主要疾病之一 ,需加强社区高血压的管理和教育。Objective: To investigate the epidemiologic feathers of hypertension and major risk factors among the wrinkly in community and develop reasonable preventive strategies. Methods: Four communities of an area were selected for the study.3699 wrinkly aged 50 years and over were investigated including measurement of blood pressure and identifying risk factors of hypertension.429 hypertensive patients and 481 persons with normal blood pressure from the study population were examined through oral 75 grams gluose tolerance and electrocardiogram. Results: The prevalence rate of hypertension was 43.39%;The prevalent rate in males was significantly higher than that in females( P< 0.005).The prevalence rate of systolic hypertension was 12.9% and increased parallelly with age (P< 0.005).The result of analysis on its risk factors revealed that the body mass index(BMI) was closely related to hypertension;48.35% of patients with hypertension under investigation denied or were ignorant about having hypertension;the prevalence rates of diabetes,impaired glucose tolerance(TGI) and coronary heart disease in hypertension group were significantly higher than that in people with normal blood pressure( P< 0.005). Conclusion: Hypertension is a disease that seriously endangers the health of wrinkly in the community on which calls for care and education in the community.
