摘　　要：目的 :评价C2 、C3椎体间植骨、钢板内固定治疗创伤性枢椎骨折滑脱的临床价值。方法 :对 1 0例创伤性枢椎骨折滑脱患者行颈前路手术复位、椎间盘切除减压、自体髂骨植骨、钢板内固定术 ,平均随访 1年 ,观察患者术后颈椎生理高度、曲度重建和颈椎稳定性、运动情况。结果 :1 0例均获得完全的枢椎复位 ,C2 、C3椎体在术后 1 6周达到骨性融合 ,颈椎生理高度、曲度得以重建 ,旋转、屈伸功能良好 ,无钢板螺钉并发症。结论Objective:To evaluate clinical results of anterior plate internal fixation in the treatment of traumatic fracture and spondylolishthesis of the axis (TFSA).Methods:Ten cases of TFSA performed with cervical anterior operation of reduction, discresection decompression, interbody fusion and ORION plate fixation were studied retrospectively. The height ,curvature, stability and movement condition of cervical spine were analyzed.Results:C 2 were completely reducted and C 2, C 3 were fused 16 weeks after operation in all 10 cases. The height ,curvature and stability of cervical spine were reconstructed immediately, as well as spine movement maintained excellently, no plate or screw complication were founded.Conclusions:The anterior cervical spine plate fixation is an effective method to treat TFSA.
