摘　　要：本文以心理学、大众传播学、公共关系学等学科为理论基础 ,分析研究了造血干细胞捐献者招募的相关因素 ,揭示了现存问题 ,研究了招募机制 ,提出了招募相关理论 ,以供相关部门借鉴。Taking psychology ,mass-communication,public relation and other disciplines as the theoretical foundation, this paper has studied factors related to recruiting donors of hematopoiesis stem cell,and recruiting mechanism. Meanwhile existent problems have been revealed .Then the recruiting theory related has been offered, serving as related department reference.
