摘　　要：本文以群体心理学为理论基点 ,阐述了造血干细胞资料库的招募对象、招募的标准、招募者培训、招募政策以及招募的程序和效果 ,提出了造血干细胞捐献者的行为模式。并进行了动机分析 ,揭示了相关人群的行为规律。Based upon population psychology, this paper has presented prospects for the database of hematopoiesis stem cell, recruiting criteria,training for prospects and related policy, procedure and effectiveness, and pointed out behavior pattern.It has analyzed behavior motivation and revealed behavioral pattern of correlative populations as well.
