摘　　要：本文深入分析了造血干细胞捐献之影响因素 ,首先提出将各类因素合理的分为“积极因素”和“消极因素” ,并对造血干细胞捐献者积极动机进行分析 ,为造血干细胞捐献者招募提供依据。In this article, authors have thoroughly analyzed influencing factors of donors of hematopoiesis stem cell and put forward to theory that all kinds of logical factors should be divided into positive factors and negative factors at first,and then has analyzed active motivation of donating hematopoiesis stem cell,which can offer evidences to recruit donors of hematopoiesis stem cell.
