摘　　要：本文运用描述性统计学方法 ,灰关联聚类法对中国造血干细胞捐献者资料库建设进行过程评价 ,利用各分库原始数据进行分析 ,科学地得出了影响数据库发展的相关因子及造血干细胞捐献者资料库等级分类 ;进而指出我国目前阻碍骨髓库发展的最大原因和存在问题 ;分析提出了中国造血干细胞捐献者资料库可持续发展对策。To provide guidance to the National Stem Cell Donor Registry Program, a process evaluation was carried out to the program. Data from each branches of the program were collected. Descriptive statistic method and grey cluster correlation analysis were employed to data analysis. Several related factors were identified, and the performance scores of each branch were clustered. The most prevailing barriers and problems to the development of the Chinese Stem Cell Donor Registry Program were listed, and the sustainable development strategies were suggested as well.
